OK, so I am not going to be a Master Chef, but I can pretend can't I!!!
After receiving a copy of Chef Ming Tsai's cookbook, I decided to test my culinary skills.
The first recipe I tried was the Spicy Shrimp and Avocado Salad.
I didn't get any pictures of it but it wasn't bad. Granted I changed the recipe a little. I can't eat spicy, so we made this mild. It was good.
The second dish I tried was much easier for me. Sweet and Sour Mango Pork. Just the title has me drooling!!!
Very simple to make, and very, very yummy to my tummy!!
